Return & Refund Policy
Effective Date: March 5, 2026
Returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery.
Return conditions:
- Item must be unused
- Item must be in original packaging
- Item must be approved by customer support
Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%.
Return shipping costs may apply unless the item is defective.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Custom or special-order furniture
- Clearance items
- Floor models
- Final sale items
Delivery Inspection
Customers must inspect items at the time of delivery.
Once delivery is accepted and signed for, items are considered received in good condition unless damage is noted at delivery.
Damages & Claims
Damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and order information.
Fura Furniture reserves the right to repair, replace, or refund items depending on the situation.
