Referral Program - Terms & Conditions
The Fura Furniture Referral Program (“Program”) is exclusively available to licensed real estate professionals. Approved participants earn a 5% commission on qualifying purchases made by their referred clients.
Commission is earned when a referred client completes a qualifying purchase, provided the referral was submitted prior to checkout.
To apply, the individual must be:
- A licensed real estate professional in good standing.
The Program is not available any other professions outside of licensed real estate professionals.
- Valid and active real estate license
Fura Furniture may request additional documentation or verification for compliance purposes.
Applicants must apply as individuals — companies, brokerages, and entities cannot be enrolled.
- Referrals must be submitted using the official Referral Submission Form prior to the client’s purchase.
- Commission eligibility is subject to verification and approval at Fura Furniture’s sole discretion.
- Referred purchases must be properly linked to the submitted referral.

5% Commission
Commission applies to:
- Purchases made by referred clients.
- Commission is calculated on the pre-tax, pre-delivery merchandise subtotal only.
Referral submissions must be completed prior to checkout to qualify.
- Issued by check only
- Paid within 30 days after delivery and verification
- Commission is not payable on canceled, returned, or refunded orders
Only the licensed real estate professional who submitted the referral may receive commission.
Misuse may result in immediate termination. Misuse includes but is not limited to:
- Submitting referrals after checkout
- Submitting fraudulent or misleading information
- Attempting to claim commission without a valid real estate license
Fura Furniture may modify, expand, restrict, or terminate the Trade Program — including benefit structures and eligibility criteria — at any time, with or without prior notice, at its sole discretion.
