Processing & Fulfillment

  • All orders are processed within 3 to 7 business days from the date of order confirmation.

  • Custom or made-to-order items may require an extended processing time of up to 2 to 4 weeks, depending on production schedules.

Shipping Coverage

  • Fura currently offers shipping exclusively within the United States.

  • At this time, we do not support international deliveries.

Shipping Methods

  • Large or oversized items may be shipped via freight services, which include scheduled delivery appointments.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Delivery Conditions

  • Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete to avoid any delays.

  • For freight deliveries, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that delivery access (doorways, hallways, elevators, etc.) is adequate for the item(s) ordered.
