Refund Policy
1. 2. The product will be delivered once the customer has completed the full payment.
The cost of shipping will be added to the invoice as an additional charge - based on
the delivery address, floor level, and any other special circumstances.
3. Upon delivery, the customer may inspect the furniture for any defects. After this
point, Fura Furniture is not liable for any damages, scratches, or missing
parts.
4. Fura Home Furniture is accountable for manufacturing defects, including color
fading, wood cracking, and disintegrating parts.
5. Custom orders must be paid in full before they are placed, and once submitted to
the manufacturer, they cannot be canceled or refunded. Any prepayments or
upfront payments are non-refundable, even if the order is canceled. Delivery may
take 8 to 12 weeks.
6. 7. The customer is required to cover the costs of shipping and assembling.
The customer must notify us of any manufacturing defects within 24 hours of
delivery, if unable to inspect upon delivery.
8. When paying by credit card, the customer will incur an additional 3,5% bank
commission fee from the total bill.
9. If the customer purchases a product and stores it in our warehouse, any
cancellation request will result in a 30% non-refundable fee, which Fura
Furniture will retain as a storage charge.
10. If the customer purchases a product and it is delivered to their location, any
cancellation request made after two or more days will result in a 50% non-
refundable fee, which will be retained by Fura Furniture.
